Beth's Banana Nut Loaf

Mix together in a large bowl:
 6 ripe bananas, mashed
 4 C. sugar
 1 1/3 C. oil
 4 eggs beaten
 4 T. sour cream

Then add:
4 C. flour
1 1/2 soda
1 1/2 t. salt
2 t. vanilla

Mix and add 2 C. chopped nuts. Bake in well- greased and floured bread pans, 1 hour at 325
